He was formerly a partner with Mayer, Brown and a partner and the Director of Advance Pricing Agreement Services for Deloitte Tax LLP in the firm's National Tax Office. Professor Wrappe has more than 28 years of tax experience, including 17 years of specialization in transfer pricing and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs). Professor Wrappe has had direct involvement in well over 100 APAs both at the IRS and in private practice. He represents clients in the IRS APA Program, before U.S. and foreign competent authorities, and in transfer pricing examinations and appeals. Professor Wrappe is an internationally-recognized expert on transfer pricing and dispute resolution with over 200 speeches to groups, including the International Fiscal Association, Tax Executives Institute, and the American Bar Association. He has published a treatise on transfer pricing and over 100 articles and chapters on transfer pricing and dispute resolution topics. Professor Wrappe has consistently been selected for inclusion in the Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors. Mr. Wrappe served as Chair of the Transfer Pricing Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation.
