To print a legal-size copy of any of the above seating charts, following the instructions below:

To select legal-size paper:

1.  Select "Print" under "File" command.

2.  Select "Properties."

3.  Under "Advanced" tab, select "Paper/Output."

4.  Click "Paper Size."

5.  Select "Legal."

To fit document to legal-size paper:

1.  On main "Print" page, find "Page Handling" section.

2.  Select "Fit to Paper" under "Page Scaling" subsection.

After following the above steps, click "OK" to print document.
