The GCC, working with the World Resources Institute, released this state-by-state analysis of the benefits for states and energy consumers based on the allowances contained in the American Clean Energy and Security Act.
The analysis was the basis for a July 29 press briefing.

The GCC updated its analysis of the state-releated provisions to reflect changes in the bill as it was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives on June 26, 2009. The GCC also released this updated table on allowance distributions. |

The GCC has also compiled this analysis of the adaptation provisions, drawing side-by-side comparisons of language contained in the initial draft with language contained in the later version as passed by the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. |
