IIEL Research Projects

The IIEL emphasizes research into fundamental systemic problems related to International Economic Law (IEL), defined broadly to include almost any subject involving law as it relates to cross-border economic activity.

Journal of International Economic Law

The Journal of International Economic Law, edited by Professor John H. Jackson, is dedicated to encouraging thoughtful and scholarly attention to a very broad range of subjects that concern the relation of law to international economic activity.
