Helpdesk Service Guidelines ruler
  • The Helpdesk hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday;
  • If you contact the Helpdesk, please expect a response within one business day; and
  • All public computers will be inspected once a week, including those in the clinics and the computer labs.
