The Helpdesk hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; If you contact the Helpdesk, please expect a response within one business day; and All public computers will be inspected once a week, including those in the clinics and the computer labs. The IST Department's employees do not work on computers that do not belong to the University.
