If you are a Dell Major Accounts Customer, please do not call the Dell Home and Small Business support queues. Instead, call 1-800-624-9896 and select option 3. An automated voice response system will direct you to the appropriate support queue.
When you call Dell Technical Support, please be at your computer and ready to troubleshoot with Dell's technicians. You might want to run the Dell Diagnostics program before you call Dell Technical Support, as they will probably advise you to do so and then have you call back.
