1. Open your Internet browser and navigate to http://www.download.com.
2. The Download.com page will open.
3. Type Spybot Search in the Search field, located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
4. Click on the green Go button.
5. The Search Results page will open.
6. Click on the Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3 link.
7. The Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3 page will open.
8. Click on the Download Now link.
9. The Download in Progress page will open.
10. A File Download dialog will appear.
11. Click on the Save button.
12. The Save As window will open.

    

13. Using the drop-down arrow to the right of the Save In field, choose the option Desktop.
14. Click on the Save button.
15. The Spybot file will download.
16. When the download is complete, a Download Complete dialog will appear.
17. Click on the Close button.
18. You are now ready to install Spybot.
