Manuscript Submission

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts electronically.  Manuscripts submitted to the Journal must not be under consideration by another publication and are subject to double-blind peer review.   If submitted in hardcopy, manuscripts should be in duplicate, preferably double-spaced.   Citation style should conform to the most recent edition of A Uniform System of Citation, published by the Harvard Law Review Association, except that the citations of books and monographs should include place as well as date of publication.  Manuscripts over fifty pages will be reviewed with particular care to determine whether such length is warranted.  To submit your article, please forward to:
