The Symposium will include a panel discussion on the topic with: Carlos Ball, Professor of Law, Penn State Dickinson School of Law Mark Chopko, General Counsel , United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and Adjunct Professor of Law, Georgetown University Law Center Suzanne Goldberg, Professor of Law and Director, Sexuality and Gender Law Clinic, Columbia Law School Jonathan Rauch, Guest scholar, Brookings Institution, and author of Gay Marriage: Why It Is Good for Gays, Good for Straights, and Good for America (2004) Amy Wax, Robert Mundheim Professor of Law, University of Pennsylvania Law School
Following the panel discussion, Georgetown Professor of Law Chai Feldblum will moderate a round table discussion with all panelists as well as Robin West, Professor of Law, Georgetown University Law Center and Nancy Polikoff, Professor of Law, American University Washington College of Law.
