All Journals accept manuscripts for publication consideration. General guidelines For most of our journals, articles and notes should be submitted via our electronic submission system, found at http://www.law.georgetown.edu/amsauthor/. Once on this page, select the appropriate journal, follow the instructions to create an account, and then submit your electronic documents. All Journals reserve the right, at any time, to accept or reject any article, note or comment, outright or conditionally. For more information about particular journals, please contact their staff or visit their individual web sites:

For all articles in which it holds copyright, the Journals permit copies to be made for classroom use, provided that the user notifies the Office of Journal Administration of having made such copies, that the author and the appropriate Journal are identified, and that the proper notice of copyright is affixed to each copy. Except when otherwise expressly provided, the copyright holder for every article in an issue for which the appropriate Journal does not hold copyright grants permission for copies of that article to be made for classroom use, provided that the user notifies the appropriate Journal of having made such copies, that the author and the appropriate Journal are identified, and that the proper notice of copyright is affixed to each copy.
