Welcome to The Tax Lawyer! We publish five or six times annually, including at least one issue of The State and Local Tax Lawyer.
The Tax Lawyer and The State and Local Tax Lawyer are published by the
Section of Taxation of the
American Bar Association with the assistance of the
Georgetown University Law Center and its students.
The Tax Lawyer endeavors to provide scholarly articles and student notes and comments
on topics of professional interest to members of the Section of Taxation and other
readers. This website is maintained by the student editors of The Tax Lawyer.
