Katharina Hering is the Project Archivist for the National Equal Justice Library. Her professional interests include archival ethics, documenting anti-poverty movements and initiatives, oral history archives, and human rights archives. She holds a MLIS in library and information science specializing in archives, records management, and preservation from the University of Pittsburgh, a PhD in history from George Mason University, and the equivalent to a MA in political science and history from the University of Hamburg.
