New Bloomberg Law Docket Search Form

Bloomberg Law recently announced they have made changes to their docket search form. You can read their full announcement here.

Lexis Tax Content Changes

The license agreement between LexisNexis and Tax Analysts technically expired on December 31, 2017, but we will continue to have access to content from Tax Analysts until June 1, 2018.

LexisNexis will be launching two new daily tax news and tax journal products in 2018, developed by Law360 and Mlex teams. The first will be a daily, comprehensive examination of federal, state and international tax news that they are planning to launch in January 2018. The second product will be a bi-weekly journal exploring tax developments in Washington and how they will affect the practitioner in her day-to-day work counseling clients (release date TBA). Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact your LexisNexis Representative.

Bloomberg Law Labor, Employment, and Benefits News Changes

Effective January 16, 2018, Bloomberg BNA Premier labor, employment, and benefits news products are moving to a new news delivery portal.  This news portal comes with new features and functionality, including: delivery of timely and concise news, custom alerts for monitoring developments, a better mobile experience, and more. These changes do not modify our Bloomberg Law subscription at this time.

Daily Labor Report has moved to the new portal with the addition of First Move, an email to start your day with a quick preview of the day’s top stories and a look ahead at the events we will be monitoring over the course of the day. At the end of the day, you can receive an email wrap-up of the day’s events.

Additional changes: beginning January 16, 2018: Labor Relations Week was renamed Labor Relations News.

  • Construction Labor Report was renamed Construction Labor News.

  • Pension & Benefits Daily and BNA Pension & Benefits Reporter will cease publication as stand-alones and combine to become Employee Benefits News.

  • BNA’s Employment Discrimination Report, Workplace Law Report, and Workplace Immigration Report will cease publication as stand-alones and combine to become Employment Law News.
