Georgetown Law Closed: Wednesday, March 21
The Law Center is closed today, Wednesday, March 21, 2018, due to inclement weather. All activities and services, including scheduled events (student organization meetings and events, CLE, and conferences), are canceled. On-site classes will not be held in person and will be held according to the faculty member’s instructional continuity plan. All administrative offices are closed. The food services operation, fitness center and Early Learning Center are closed. The library is closed. It is expected that only designated emergency employees will come to the Law Center to fulfill their responsibilities. All others -- including students, staff, faculty, and visitors -- are expected not come to the Law Center, which will not be staffed to support anything other than essential life safety and snow/ice clearing functions.

The Resource Center is designed to make finding the right intellectual property case fast and easy. USPQ2d contains the full text of all decisions reported in U.S. Patents Quarterly, Second Series, from v. 1 USPQ2d No. 1, to the present, plus U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court decisions reported in v. 215 - 231 USPQ (First Series).
International Encyclopaedia of Laws : Intellectual Property Online
IEL Intellectual Property Online provides an overview of intellectual property for understanding legislation and policy on the subject in different countries. Analyses and describes theory and practice in a large number of countries. Information is also provided on all major and important international conventions and on international bodies like the EU and WIPO/OMPI.
Darts-IP is a tool for comparison and analysis of trademark and patent classifications across jurisdictions and under the terms of applicable international agreements. The database collects IP cases from 3 184 courts.Researchers may select a trademark or patent item or issue and assess similarity through linking to case law for the practice of a particular court or office. Several languages are available but not all materials are necessarily in English.
