This multi-volume treatise organizes significant cases and statutes related to planning, zoning, and subdivision control. It also includes some administrative and judicial forms used in land planning. It is periodically supplemented by pocket parts. (This book is sometimes referred to as Anderson's American Law of Zoning.)
Land Use in a Nutshell
