Murr v. St. Croix County: An Advocates Forum

Murr v. St. Croix County will be argued in the U.S. Supreme Court on March 20, 2017, at 10 a.m. That afternoon, the oral advocates will discuss the case and the oral argument at a public forum at Georgetown Law. The question: In a regulatory taking case, should two legally distinct but commonly owned contiguous parcels be combined for takings analysis purposes?
