With the recent passing of Judge Robert H. Bork, who served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 1982 to 1988, the Georgetown Student Chapter of the Federalist Society and the Georgetown Center for the Constitution present the Inaugural Robert H. Bork Memorial Lecture. This historic lecture will be delivered by Justice Scalia, with opening remarks from Georgetown Law Dean William M. Treanor. This marks the first of what will become an annual event hosted by different law schools across the country.
Per Justice Scalia’s request, any media in attendance must agree to follow these guidelines:
*Still camera, pencil and pad coverage only. Recording devices permitted for note-taking purposes, but not for broadcast.
*Photography is limited to the first two minutes of the event, and again for two minutes at the conclusion of the event. Please note that Justice Scalia’s name and image may not be associated with fundraising, or presented in any way that might suggest endorsement.
