Roy Englert, a partner at Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner and Sauber, who served in the Office of the Solicitor General and has argued 18 cases before the Supreme Court

Richard Lazarus, Georgetown Law professor and faculty co-director of the Supreme Court Institute

Adam Liptak, Supreme Court correspondent for the New York Times and author of its “Sidebar” column

Patricia Millett, co-head of Akin-Gump’s Supreme Court practice, who has argued 26 cases before the Supreme Court (more than any other woman in private practice)

Pam Harris, incoming executive director of the Supreme Court Institute and of counsel in O’Melveny’s Washington, D.C. office, where she works on Supreme Court and appellate litigation.
