NOTE:

Georgetown Law BLSA (Black Law Students Association) is a chapter in the National Black Law Students Association.

This exhibit highlights the first-ever black graduates of Georgetown Law, who received their degrees from the Law Center in the early 1950s, and Georgetown Law BLSA's founding members, who established the chapter in the early 1970s. Items in the exhibit include photos and biographies of these individuals, as well as Georgetown Law Weekly articles about BLSA from the 1970s, written pieces on the history of BLSA and photos of recent BLSA events.
