The panelists will discuss their career paths to appellate practices and their experiences as Supreme Court advocates, offering guidance to other women who hope to practice before the Court.  They will also take on the issue of gender diversity in the Supreme Court Bar, addressing obstacles to fuller participation by women and ways to increase the number of women lawyers in Supreme Court practice.
