WHO:
Theodore B. Olson, former Solicitor General of the United States
NOTE: 

Olson was the 42nd Solicitor General of the United States, and from 1981 to 1984 he was the assistant attorney general for the U.S. Office of Legal Counsel. He has argued numerous cases before the Supreme Court, including United States v. Virginia and Bush v. Gore.  He is currently a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Olson has also been an active member of the Federalist Society’s Board of Visitors.  

Georgetown Law Professor Viet D. Dinh will provide introductory remarks.

The Federalist Society at Georgetown University Law Center is a student-run chapter, with over 100 active members at Georgetown Law. The chapter is one of more than 145 student chapters affiliated with the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.
