Professor Kauper's lecture is entitled "Section Two of the Sherman Act: The Search for Standards."

The Miles W. Kirkpatrick Antitrust Lecture was created to honor the memory of Miles W. Kirkpatrick, who was a distinguished leader in the field of antitrust law, as well as a former Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, Chairman of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, and founding partner of the antitrust practice of the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. The annual Lecture series has been made possible by the generosity of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP.
