The inaugural lecture is entitled “Applying United States Securities Regulation Abroad.”
This newly established, annual lecture series has been made possible by the generosity of the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie. The series is designed to support an exchange of ideas on topics of international law and policy, and it serves as an important addition to the Law Center's growing international and comparative law programs.
