Kirkpatrick, who was a distinguished leader in the field of antitrust law, as well as a former Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, Chairman of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, and founding partner of the antitrust practice of the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
