Phoebe Ramsey

Phoebe Ramsey is the Manager of Finance & Administration for the O’Neill Institute.  She is currently pursuing her law degree at the Washington College of Law at American University and is a graduate of Syracuse University with honors in Political Science and History.

In her role as Manager of Finance & Administration, Phoebe oversees all financial, human resources, and administrative activities for the O'Neill Institute. Additionally, she coordinates and manages the Institute’s development activities.
 
Previously, from September 2008 – May 2010, Phoebe worked as the Institute’s Program Administrator. Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, she worked for Ambassador Swanee Hunt’s ARTWorks for Kids program, part of the Ambassador’s philanthropic foundation, Hunt Alternatives Fund, in Cambridge, MA.
