Sam Halabi

Sam Halabi, J.D., M.Phil., was a law fellow at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law and an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center from 2008-2010. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and an M.Phil. in International Relations from St. Antony's College, Oxford.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Sam worked for Latham & Watkins, LLP where his practice focused on transnational mergers and acquisitions.

Sam’s scholarship focuses on the global or transnational regulation of business enterprise with an emphasis on implications for global health. He also studies financing and regulatory alternatives for national health insurance schemes and human rights law.
