Follow-up to Legal Solutions in Health Reform
The Issue in Brief
Members of the Legal Solutions team are currently developing a follow-up project to examine relevant health care issues in the aftermath of the passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) in March 2010. Possible topics include an examination of the issue of executive authority (central to the debate surrounding health reform) and state implementation of PPACA. Professors Westmoreland and Hunter of the O’Neill Institute and Professor Robert Stumberg of the Harrison Institute are currently exploring options and potential funders.
