Adding and Dropping and Waitlisting through Student Access+ ruler
  1. Log in to Student Access+ (http://limited.georgetown.edu/StudentAccess)
  2. Click on 'Registration Services'
  3. Click on 'Registration/Add-Drop/Waitlist'
  4. Click on the specific academic term. A panel will appear, with your current schedule displayed at the bottom.
  5. To change your schedule, fill in the course number (e.g. LAWJ-123-45) and then click the add, drop, or waitlist selection.
  6. Click the 'Do It' button.
  7. A 'Result' message will appear above the course number after you click 'Do It' (see explanation of messages below). 
  8. Review your revised Class Schedule in the panel at the bottom of the page to verify that the changes you made are reflected.
  9. Don't forget to log out when you are finished.
Explanation of Add/Drop/Waitlist Messages:
Enrolled Course has been added
Wait Listed You are on the waitlist for the course
Closed - Use Waitlist There is a waitlist for the course.  Note: You have not been added to the waitlist.  To add yourself to the waitlist, use the 'Waitlist' function.
TC [Course Number] Time conflict with the course listed
Dropped The course has been dropped
Already Enr in Crse You already have the same or another section of this course
Credit > Max Load Your credit limit has been reached
Instrctr Permit Reqd Professor Permission Course
No Online Wait List This course has no waitlist (open course, prof. permission course, Spring section of a year-long course, etc.)
Not executed Course not on your schedule - you may not drop a course you are not registered for
Student Not Eligible to Register A registration or student account block may be in place
Pre-Req Rqd [Course Number] This course has a prerequisite that you have not taken
Mutual Excl [Course Number] This course is Mutually Exclusive with the course listed
