TUITION DEFERMENTS

• All semester charges must be paid in full by the schedule payment due date. In the event of an unforeseeable personal emergency, an approved tuition deferment can be obtained from the Law Center Office of Student Accounts. This deferment must be obtained no later than the tuition due date.

• A $50.00 handling charge is applied to all tuition deferments and 1.75% service charge per month is assessed on any unpaid balance.

• Tuition deferments are not granted automatically and should not be expected more than once in an academic year.

• Tuition is deferred for a maximum of 60 days.
