Graduate Degree Program Honors

Graduation With Distinction

Graduate degree students who matriculated prior to Fall 2003 and earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.42 or higher (10.25 for students who matriculated before the Fall of 1998) receive their diploma and transcript marked 'With Distinction.'

Graduate degree students who matriculated in Fall 2003 and earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.41 or higher and received a grade of "B" or better on the Graduate Paper in his or her major field of study, receive their diploma and transcript marked 'With Distinction.'

Graduate degree students who matriculated in Fall 2004 or later and earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.41 or higher and received a grade of "B" or better in the Graduate Honors Seminar in his or her major field of study, receive their diploma and transcript marked 'With Distinction.'
