Steps to Take Before Your Exams ruler

STEPS TO TAKE TO USE YOUR LAPTOP FOR EXAMS

To use your laptop for final exams, students must have an exam template saved onto their hard drives. The exam template is a formatted document that will be used in the exam room. The exam template and instructions are provided through the following link http://www.law.georgetown.edu/registrar/templates.htm.

Students must be able to save their exams to either a CD or a floppy disk. If you are saving to a CD, you need to have a CD Readable/Writable drive. You should be familiar with the CD burning procedures for your laptop, as there will be limited instruction given in the classroom. Instructions for CD burning are available on our website at http://www.law.georgetown.edu/registrar/CDBurningInstructions.htm.

Please feel free to contact Susan Mesick at sm95@law.georgetown.edu or 202-662-9223 if you have any questions regarding the use of laptops for exams.
