Unloading and Check-In

There are four steps to checking in:

1.  Check in.

Please pull your car up to the welcome tent at the corner of F and Second Street, and check in at the tent.  Do not unload your car on Second Street.

2.  Unload.

Please pull around the block, and pull into the alley behind the Gewirz Student Center (entrance between E&F Street on 1st Street).  Staff will help you unload your vehicle.  Please be prepared to wait in your car while other residents unload their vehicles.

3.  Park your car.

You will be able to park your car in the Gewirz Student Center Parking Garage.  After you park your car, you can meet the movers by the elevators on the first floor, and then move your belongings up to your room.

Your GOCard will serve as your access key to the Gewirz Student Center, so you should get your GOCard as soon as possible.  Representatives will be available during move-in to set up your GOCard account.

In addition to welcoming you and answering any questions you might have, staff will be available to direct you and help you move into your apartment.  Please follow staff directions to help make move-in as efficient as possible.
