The Student Housing Orientation Program (SHOP), held twice annually, is designed to assist Georgetown Law Students with their housing needs. Since Georgetown Law is primarily a commuter campus, most students are required to search for off-campus housing. The spring S.H.O.P. (March) is arranged primarily for Gewirz Student Center residents in order to help facilitate a smooth transition from on-campus living to various types of off-campus situations. The entire Georgetown Law community is welcomed to attend. The summer S.H.O.P. (July) is held for all Georgetown Law students that are seeking housing for the upcoming academic year.
