Summer Housing Application Directions ruler
  • Please fill out the Summer Housing Application and Occupancy Agreement Form  (the pdf form is interactive and can be completed online) and fax it to the Office of Residence Life (202-662-9248) or mail it to The Office of Housing and Residence Life, 120 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.   Include both your current and permanent address.  Be sure to include a phone number and e-mail address at which you can be reached for questions concerning your application. All information will be sent to your e-mail address.  Please note:  All rental rates listed are per person, tax included.
  • Please note that the Office of Residence Life cannot confirm the receipt of your fax.  We will e-mail you to confirm the receipt of your application.  If you do not receive an e-mail from us within 5 business days of submitting your application, then you may call 202-662-9290 to confirm the receipt of your application.
  • The office of Residence Life requires a signature on the form to process your application, so we cannot accept e-mailed applications unless the signed form has been scanned and sent as a pdf document.
  • Please indicate your exact arrival and departure dates. All dates will be final. There are no refunds for early departure.
  • Please rank available apartment styles in order of preference. If your first choice is unavailable, the next available apartment will be assigned.  Under no circumstances can the Office of Residence Life extend housing beyond or before the May 31 - August 9 dates.
  • Please note there is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee payable to a MasterCard or VISA account due with your occupancy agreement. Rent is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • The Office of Residence Life will fill rooms on a first come-first served basis and cannot hold spaces for requested roommates, but will consider roommate requests only after all requested roommate applications have been received.
  • If housing is not available at Georgetown University Law Center when you send in your housing agreement, you will be placed on a wait list. Every effort will be made to coordinate your summer housing needs. However, if housing becomes unavailable, you will receive a $50.00 credit on your MasterCard or VISA account.
