Committee reports. Chairs will inform House of Delegates what was discussed in the last meeting and what initiatives each committee is taking. 9:45-9:55pm Committee working session: Committee members meet to discuss, plan and write-up proposals, send out emails to administrators. For example, Special Events will set dates for fall float and Barrister's Ball, decide where they want to host each, and delegate tasks, e.g. who is going to be calling to reserve spaces. Good time to coordinate about things in the Law school, etc. Delegates should also come prepared with one issue, event, suggestion you want to work on with your committee over the summer. I challenge you guys to spend just 5 hours during the entire summer to plan something -- whatever it is. It'll help you make a difference in the law school come next year. 9:55-10:00 PM.
