Program Overview
Panel of experts in the jurisprudence of Federal Indian Law in the U.S. Supreme Court will attend the oral argument of these two cases on Monday, December 2, 2002, then discuss them during a combined live panel/web cast at Georgetown Law Center on the following day. This is the first time the Supreme Court has addressed federal liability for breach of trust since 1983.

This program is free of charge. We request that registrants who live in the Washington, D.C. area attend the live panel discussion due to limited capacity for web cast viewing. The first 60 registrants outside of the Washington, D.C area signing up for the web cast can view the live panel discussion as it is in progress. All other web cast registrants will be given the opportunity to view a recorded version. Directions on how to download and view the pre-recorded panel discussion will be sent to you upon registration.
