2007 Baccalaureate Mass - Georgetown University The Baccalaureate Mass is an optional event and is open to ALL 2007 Georgetown University graduates. Baccalaureate Mass: Instructions for Law Graduates
A. ROBING Graduates will robe at 8:30 a.m. The location has yet to be determined.
Graduates will wear caps, gowns, and hoods at Mass after robing, the graduates will report immediately to the Law School Banner Carrier who will be at designated standard in Red Square.
8:45 a.m. - Graduates line up
There will be a recessional of graduates following the Baccalaureate Mass. Follow the directions of the Grand Marshal in exiting from the seating area. Graduates and their families are invited to the President's Breakfast in Leavey Center Grand Ballroom immediately following the mass.
In case of inclement weather, the Baccalaureate Mass will be held in McDonough Arena. The decision to change the site of the Mass will be made no later than 7:15 a.m. and will be posted at the Healy Building entrance by Campus Ministry. Information will also be available on the University Weather Line at (202) 687-7669. See instructions below. INSTRUCTIONS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER A. RECESSIONAL & COMMENCEMENT BRUNCH There will be a recessional of graduates following the Baccalaureate Mass. Follow the directions of the Grand Marshal in exiting from the seating area. Graduates and their families are invited to the Commencement Brunch in the Leavey Center Grand Ballroom immediately following the mass.
