Profile:

Janice spent her Fellowship year with the National Health Law Program. She worked as an Assistant Professor at the Unversity of Rochester Medical School, where she directed the Child and Adolescent Health Policy Project, conducting community-level public policy research and analysis, education and training for medical and public health professionals, and support for community advocacy. She currently serves as the Director of McNulty Consulting and is working on a book about maternal and child health law, policy, and advocacy.
