Profile:
Catherine Caporusso received her Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. She has a solo plaintiffs'-side employment and civil rights practice and also works for the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago. She is a member of the board of Women Employed and the Illinois chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the president of the Northwest Suburban chapter of the National Organization for Women, and the co-founder of Chicago Area CodePINK: Women for Peace. She is also an adjunct professor for the Honors College and Gender and Women's Studies Department at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two daughters.
