Sandhya spent her Fellowship year at the National Partnership for Women and Families. After working as Chief Attorney of the Cleveland Office for Civil Rights with the U.S. Department of Education, Sandhya accepteda position as General Counsel and Secretary at Oberlin College in Ohio.
