"Employees are looking for a lot more than a paycheck to keep them happy in today’s competitive work environment. In fact, striking a balance between work and family life is one of their top priorities, according to a recent survey conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management in Alexandria, Va. The survey found that more than half of respondents cited flexibility to balance life and work issues as very important to their overall job satisfaction.”

New Mom Neale to Give Up Anchor Role

"WUSA's Tracey Neale, the station's highest-profile personality, who arrived from rival WTTG more than three years ago, will no longer anchor the station's 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts as of next month, WUSA announced yesterday… Horlick said the decision to replace Neale evolved last summer as she was adopting two 13-month-old twins from an orphanage in Ethiopia. Neale took an extended leave to bring the children home.”
