Joint J.D./LL.M Degrees
Georgetown Law offers five joint J.D./LL.M. degrees that enable Georgetown J.D. students to earn an LL.M. degree in one (rather than two) full-time semester after completion of the J.D. degree:
- J.D./LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law
- J.D./LL.M. in National Security Law
- J.D./LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation
- J.D./LL.M. in Taxation
- J.D./LL.M. in Environmental Law
Interested Georgetown J.D. students must apply for one of the aforementioned joint degree programs at the end of their 2L or 3E year. Applications must be submitted between May 1 and June 30 of the 2L/3E year (or by March 4 for student s applying to the National Security Law joint degree program).
