Human Rights Internships, Fellowships and Jobs
Information about opportunities to work at HRI is available here.
The Human Rights Institute works with Georgetown Law's Office of Public Interest and Community Service (OPICS), Office of Career Services (OCS) and the Office of Graduate Programs Graduate Career and Professional Development (GCPD) staff to help support students pursuing careers in human rights. All relevant job and internship postings are advertised on Symplicity and many are profiled on Hoya Headlines.
HRI, OPICS and GCPD have developed a human rights career guide for Georgetown Law students and alumni seeking to pursue a career in human rights. It can be downloaded (note: the site requires a Georgetown NetID and password) here.
Information about Human Rights organizations is available here.
HRI also facilitates fellowships, internships and externships with a small number of human rights organizations with more information here.
