How do I access the content?
The program is hosted within Cvent in a Virtual Attendee Hub. You will receive a specific link to the Virtual Attendee Hub (also listed below). Once you click this link, you will need to enter your name and the email address you used to register for the event. Then the verification code will be sent via email and/or text to enter the event. If you do not see the email with your code, please check your spam folder. Please contact our office at email@example.com if you do not receive the email with the code after taking the steps outlined above. The code works once within 24 hours, and then you will need a new code.
Where do I find the sessions?
You can use the agenda in the Virtual Attendee Hub to navigate to the sessions.
What does it mean if a session is marked (Live)?
The live notation indicates that a session is taking place in real time. As an attendee, you will enter that session in a tiled Zoom format in which you are visible. You will be told by the moderator when and how you can share your questions.
What does a session look like if it is not marked Live?
Sessions not marked live have been pre-recorded and are being played into the event at the time and date marked on the agenda. You will enter the session as if you are watching a video or webinar recording. You will not be visible to others, and there will be no forum for questions within that session. A live question and answer session may follow the session, if indicated on the agenda. In any question and answer sessions offered, you may have the option to be visible and the moderator will indicate how you can share your questions.
What should I expect in the networking events?
Please review the agenda to find out the format of the networking events. Typically, you will enter a Zoom room with others, in which you are visible, and you will be able to speak freely.
How do I claim live CLE credit?
Please follow the information emailed to you, also included in the Georgetown Law CLE section of the Exhibitor/Sponsor tab of the virtual event platform, and described in the document linked to below. You typically have one week from an event date in which to claim live credit by completing relevant electronic forms.

How do I claim on-demand CLE credit?
Please follow the information emailed to you, also included in the Georgetown Law CLE section of the Exhibitor/Sponsor tab of the virtual event platform, and described in the document linked to below. You typically have over one month from an event date in which to claim on-demand credit by completing relevant electronic forms.

How long after I have completed Georgetown Law CLE’s credit request forms should I expect to receive an email from CLE Help Desk confirming my participation?
It typically takes 4 weeks after you have requested credit in the live or on-demand format for you to receive an email from CLE Help Desk allowing you to confirm your participation.
How do I find sponsor and networking information?
All sponsors are included in the Exhibitor/Sponsor tab, and on the featured section of the home tab of the Virtual Attendee Hub. Please follow the sponsor details emailed to you for participation in all program networking events. All supplementary information will be provided prior to the start of the event with periodic updates via email troughout for midday networking events.
