Our alumni have joined some of the foremost law firms in the United States and abroad. Others have embarked upon careers in the military, government service, and human rights advocacy or other public-interest work. Our alumni are committed to the program; they maintain a network through which they support each other and mentor current GLS students.<\/p>\n

Alumni are invited to attend social events, to return to the Law Center to speak about their work and experiences, and to help current students as they chart their course of study at the Law Center and consider their career options. The small size of the program ensures that our GLS network of students and alumni remains strong and cohesive.<\/p>\n

Frances Chang is Vice President, Government Relations, at Infineon Technologies Americas Corp.\u00a0 She served in various roles in the U.S. government for over 18 years before joining the private sector, including at the\u00a0Departments of Justice, State, and Commerce, as well as the National Economic Council and National Security Council.\u00a0 Ms. Chang received her undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard College, after which she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the People’s Republic of China.\u00a0 She holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Global Law Scholar.<\/p>\n

Eddy Chan is a founding partner of \u201cIndonesia-only\u201d independent venture capital firm Intudo Ventures with ~US$300 million in committed capital, that supports as the \u201cIndonesia-beachhead\u201d strategy for top tier institutions, 10+ Forbes Midas List investors and family offices in the world (coupled with 35+ hyperlocal Indonesian conglomerates\/families).<\/p>\n

Intudo is the only venture capital firm that exclusively invests in Indonesia. The firm has the largest early stage investment team in Indonesia and its portfolio companies include Xendit, Pintu, Pinhome, and more.<\/p>\n

Eddy has been\/scheduled to be a featured speaker at the annual SuperReturn Asia (2022-2024), Harvard Asia Business Conference (2019-2024), MIT Asia Business Conference (2020-2024), Berkeley Haas Asia Business Conference (2023-2024), and Southeast Asia MBA Conference (2018-2024), as he works closely with top Indonesian \u201cPulkam S.E.A. Turtles\u201d and local Indonesian talent via professional and student associations.<\/p>\n

Prior to co-founding Intudo Ventures, Eddy worked on venture investments in startups since the late 1990s, including PayPal, Palantir, and Affirm, founded and operated venture-backed technology companies with operations in Silicon Valley and Asia, practiced corporate\/M&A law and worked as an investment banker.<\/p>\n
