Duplicate & Replacement Diploma Request Form<\/a><\/p>\n Please note that duplicate or replacement diplomas will reflect your name as listed in our records when you graduated from Georgetown Law.\u00a0 Alumni who wish to change their name in our records or on their diploma should submit a Name Change Request.\u00a0 Learn more information about name change requests<\/a>.<\/p>\n The cost of a duplicate and\/or replacement diploma is $60.00, payable when the request is made.\u00a0 You may pay submit your payment online through the Online Payment Form<\/a>.\u00a0 Checks should be made out to Georgetown University Law Center, and mailed to:<\/strong><\/p>\n Georgetown University Law Center To guard against fraud, all duplicate and replacement diplomas will indicate one of the following notations: “Exemplum”<\/strong> for replacement diplomas or “Duplicate”<\/strong> for duplicate diplomas.<\/p>\n This notation will appear in small print at the bottom of the diploma and is non-negotiable.\u00a0 <\/strong>This notation will not appear on replacement diplomas if the original diploma is sent back to the Office of the Registrar.
