    Updates to the 2025-2026 Handbook<\/h2>\n

    On September 26, 2025, a revised Student Handbook was published, clarifying program requirements in the Graduate Programs chapter and to updates the definition of \u201cSexual Assault,\u201d specifically the subcategories \u201cFondling\u201d and \u201cOther Sex Offenses,\u201d in Appendix A of the Georgetown University Sexual Misconduct Policy to maintain required consistency with modifications to definitions in the Federal Bureau of Investigation\u2019s uniform crime reporting system\u2019s National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS), as required by 34 CFR 106.30.<\/p>\n

    On November 24, 2025, a second revised Student Handbook was published, updating the Health Law Program Director and the requirements for the U.S. Health Law Certificate in the Graduate Programs Chapter.<\/p>\n
