Cynthia has been with the Office of Graduate &amp; International Programs managing the online LL.M. in Taxation, M.S.L. in Taxation, and online Certificates in Employee Benefits, Estate Planning and International Tax programs since 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Cynthia has a Master\u2019s Degree in Cinema Studies from Boston University and Certificates in Online Program Management and Administration and Instructional Design from the Online Learning Consortium.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Georgetown Law, Cynthia worked as a news editor, film festival coordinator, and a writing tutor and teaching assistant at Harvard and the Massachusetts\u00a0Institute of Technology (MIT).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cynthia Rockwell serves as the Director of Online Programs at Georgetown Law.
