All advisors are happy to assist with general course scheduling and strategy, course withdrawals, or policy questions, in addition to the areas of concentration listed below:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mandy Brown<\/strong>: transfer students, visiting students<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/faculty\/reena-glazer\/\">Reena Glazer<\/a>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">joint and concurrent degree students, students returning from a leave of absence, requests to take courses at other schools in the University<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Brian McEntire<\/strong>: evening students, students transferring between the evening and full-time divisions<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/faculty\/emily-wack\/\">Emily Wack<\/a>: <\/b>academic policies, students visiting away at another law school, students returning from a leave of absence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Scheduling with Symplicity<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once you\u2019ve logged into<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/law-georgetown-csm.symplicity.com\/students\/?signin_tab=0&amp;signin_tab=0\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Symplicity<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, select \u201cCounseling Appointment\u201d from the left-hand navigation menu, click on the \u201cRequest New Appointment\u201d button, and follow the instructions below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Choose your filters \u2013 you can filter by appointment type (Academic Planning\/Course Registration, Add\/Drop, Course Withdrawal, or Live Registration), location (Office of Academic Affairs), date and time, and\/or by counselor name (Emily Wack, Reena Glazer, or Kevin McGarry)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click Check Availability<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select your appointment date and time by clicking on the counselor name<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A pop-up confirmation window will appear; complete all required fields and click Submit. A confirmation email will be sent as well as a reminder email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you experience any difficulties while scheduling an appointment, contact the OAA front desk at lawacademicaffairs@georgetown.edu or 202-662-9041.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Drop-In Hours<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>OAA offers virtual drop-in advising for students with quick questions.
