Students may pursue the LL.M. in Taxation on-campus or online, on a full-time or a part-time basis. Full-time students normally complete their degree requirements in two semesters. Part-time students generally complete their degree requirements in three years, with possible extensions available on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p>Designed for working professionals who are not otherwise able to attend the on-campus program on a full-time basis, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/academics\/llm-degree-programs\/taxation\/online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"cx_external_link\"><span class=\"cx_external_hyperlink\">LL.M. in Taxation online program<\/span><span class=\"visually_hide\">(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><span class=\"cx_external_icon\"><\/span><\/a> offers students the same high-quality instruction and learning experience as the on-campus program, but allows added flexibility to attend classes and complete assignments at times that are convenient to them. Students enrolled in the online program take the same classes and receive the same LL.M. in Taxation diploma that is conferred to students who complete the on-campus program. Georgetown Law is unique in this respect as the only top tax program to offer the same education and same LL.M. in Taxation degree to students located virtually anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Our graduates are in strong demand by employers. Every year since 2014<em>,\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/georgetown.box.com\/s\/t9j0czk03lb5kb2y0hw79nnjd3xqt16v\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"cx_external_link\"><span class=\"cx_external_hyperlink\">at least 90% of our U.S.-trained LL.M. in Taxation graduates<\/span><span class=\"visually_hide\">(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><span class=\"cx_external_icon\"><\/span><\/a> have secured employment by graduation.
